Samsung South Africa POOR SERVICE DELIVERY

Absolutely disgusted with the service delivery from both SAMSUNG AND MTN SOUTH AFRICA. I upgraded my phone on a pre-order for the SAMSUNG S23 Plus on an online order. My phone was delivered to me on the 11 of February. I took the phone to MTN Coastlands to transfer and they also did the registration for the claim for the Samsung Galaxy s6 lite. Which the consultant gave me the claim order number. While I was in store, i received a call from SAMSUNG Promotions to tell me that I should go in store and pick up the S6. So I passed my phone on to the consultant, who further passed the call to the branch manager. After the call she told me that they did not have stock of the S6. Samsung called me back after a few minutes and said they will be escalating the matter, because the MTN store should have had stock of the item. I called Samsung numerous times. It has been very frustrating, holding on the calls for 30 Mins with no answer. I have sent numerous emails, with no follow up.

I would like to receive the s6, as I did follow protocol and registered my claim, as well as the consultant at MTN STORE did the registration himself personally.

I cannot understand what all the drama is about as well as no response and false advertising.

If I do not receive feedback and the S6 in due course, I will gladly take this complaint to the CPA.
