Samsung South Africa poor service
I'm in the market to buy a new cellphone and wanted to enquire about the S21 Ultra. I walked into the Samsung store in menlyn. The staff was not helpful. One employee was on her cellphone and couldn't assist me. She called her colleague, but after waiting on service for quite sometime, I left. Maybe I should go and purchase the Hauweii P40 instead
