Samsung South Africa false promises.
I received an email 2 weeks ago from Samsung South Africa congratulating me for winning a phone and the email had a link where I had to complete the delivery details. I completed the form for my new phone to be delivered but to my surprise, 11 days ago I received another email from Samsung South Africa that they accidentally sent me the winning email. I have been a loyal customer for over 6 years and now they thank me by sending me false promise of a new phone. I'm deeply disappointed.
