samsung south africa false advertising to push sales
i just upgraded my MTN contract to one of the new A series phones on promotion with the promotion i am suppose to get a free set of samsung buds pro that i need to claim samsung for the past month i have been struggling with samsung to claim my earphones as a customer and a user of samsung products i am not suppose to struggle this much so clearly this is just a case of false advertising to push sales on these phones as i am clearly not getting the earphones i have decided to return this phone and change to a different brand like apple i have been in so many arguments that it is just not worth it anymore the worst part for me is that i have been using samsung phones since they came out but from today i will no longer support samsung in any way or form, from mobile to appliances i will never take a samsung product again
