Samsung uses Umklomelo Electronics and IT Solutions (Pty) Ltd as there repair company.
My Washing Machine was uneconomical to repair as part they brought did not fix washing machine. Requested a refund mid month and they said they could only do it end of the month. It is now the 8th of the new month and refund has still not been done.
