Samsung South Africa does not honour South African Law

The Consumer Protection Act clearly states under warranty conditions that all conditions must be clearly explained in black and white and cannot be verbal.Samsung South Africa does not care about the law , S6 Edge has a 24 month warranty on the phone and 6 months on consumables as per the warranty booklet.Took my phone to Samsung and they said that proof of purchase or contract is needed , bear in mind i have had 4 different samsung phones in the past and never did you have to produce proof of purchase etc in the past when you wanted to have your phone fixed they logged the warranty themselves in the past at the Care Centre in Canal Walk neither did they ever notify their clients of change of policy!!!! So with my tail between my legs i left and came back one day after the supposed 12 months expired bear in mind no where in the warranty booklet does it state 12 months but states clearly 24 months.Called the Samsung Head Office and 3 weeks later they still dont want to give me a reference nr to log a case at the Consumer Protector.
