Samsung South Africa Buy and Get Nothing promotion

I bought Samsung products with buy and get promotion values included in December 2019. What a nightmare to register for these promotions as the correspondence with *** and Deunaine Van Niekerk <***> as they keep on pleading brain dead. That after ALL requested information was submitted in as clear as can get pdf documents. The *** number also non-existent. I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of service received from a perceived reputable brand like Samsung.
