SAMSUNG SOUTH AFRICA AND OK FURNITURE GROBLERSDAL SEND THE TECHNICIAN TO COME AND FIX MY WASHING MASHING.
On 23/09/2025 I bought 19kg samsung washing from OK Furnisher Groblersdal,the machine started not draining water from 17 January 2026 and I reported the matter instore.Since then I have been getting calls from samsung people and I used what ever they told me to do and the machine its still not working and I asked them to allocate technician they say they dont have technicians around my area..I am tired of the back and forth always.can you please help me
