SAMSUNG SOUTH AFRICA A35/A55 **** WITH MTN UPGRADES.

On 24 October 2024 ugraded my contract with MTN. I upgraded with a Samsung A35. I was informed that I a free watch & earbuds were included as a part of a Samsung promo. I did register as Samsung requested and submitted my claim which was approved on the 24th. So far nothing has been received. I did contact your Samsung App Service. They referred me to your Promotions dept. I did call & after 22 minutes I gave up. Horrible service from your promo people. So long and then they still don't answer. Is this promo deal with MTN a ****. I can't understand how a major Global company does business like this. Quite sad now that I did upgrade with Samsung should have gone with another brand.
