I bought my samsung s23 from the Samsung store in Tygervalley on the 5 of March, for the reason that you will receive a promotional s6 lite tablet. They where out of stock on the tablet and said it will take a few days. Only on the 14th of April I received an email saying it will be delivered in the next 7 to 14 days.

Here we are, on the 18th of May. Still no tablet... I have to phone after there promotional department with empty promises and absolutely no help. And they don't reply to emails as well.

I think by this time I have been patient enough.

They rush you to spend thousands before certain dates on their so called "promotions" but when it's time for them to bring there side of the deal they can't care less.

Ps: The sales representative was at the branch was very helpful through this whole process this far and I do understand he has no power over the situation. It falls on Samsungs Promotional department.
