Bought a new Eco Bubble washer/dryer with Digital Inverter from Samsung at around R 9,500 - machine did not work properly - did not spin and dry the loading - washing still soaking wet after each wash and dry. Samsung replaced the machine after a few weeks of struggling/e-mails/phone calls etc with a new washer/dryer The new machine - used for around 20 loads - then the PC board blew. I am using the machine at my holiday home in CT - maximum 3 to 4 small loads in a 4 week period PC board has now been replaced - will see what packs up next A truly terrible product!!... So the new machine is 8 months old with a 2 year guarantee. At this rate I will have to replace this product after 2 years when the warranty expires at a huge cost. Honestly!!

So received a call today from a lady at Samsung customer relations, suggesting during the conversation that I might have done something wrong and therefore the machines broke!... How is that for an excuse for an inferior product!!!. She imp**** that since the machine is fixed now, I do not have much reason complaining. When I requested the warranty on the machine to be extended due to the product being inferior, I was turned down flat. Apparently some letter will be sent to me, the contents of which is not clear at this time. Awaiting with abated breath. Perhaps it will be confirmation on a letterhead from Samsung that the product is indeed wonderful and I am the idiot who does not know how to operate a washing machine...
