Samsung Somerset Mall

The low Google review score is an accurate account of the pathetic service from the store. Bought an appliance on Buy2Get promo. I emailed the store after receiving the invoice via email (which was after the machine was delivered). I rep**** to mail to ask about travel vouchers. No response. A few weeks later I get told by manager JP that their computers were down (thus cannot accept responsibility) and they cannot do anything about it as its a Samsung promotion!! Disgrace to such a premium brand and I will not leave as is.
