Samsung Smartlab refuses to fix a phone they broke
BEWARE OF SMARTLAB

On 28 April 2015, 09:53:23 AM a Samsung handset (S4) was booked in at Samsung Tygervalley for a free screen repair as per contract. The phone was dropped and the screen was cracked. The phone was in perfect working order other than its cracked screen. A sms was even shown to the Technician to confirm ADH screen repair cover. After being informed to pick up the phone 3hours later, the phone was \forgotten"and the Technician rushed to only 5 minutes later informing me that the once working phone does not switch on. 14 Days later and after numerous e-mails from Samsung"
