SAMSUNG SMARTCARE NOT SO SMART AFTER ALL

Good Day

I booked in my phone on the 28/12/2015 and was quoted an amount of R400 for the camera lens to be replaced, on the 2/01/2016 I had called to follow up on my repair, I spoke to Narlen, he then quoted me R600 and assured me that the device would be ready on Saturday afternoon or latest Monday morning 04/01/2016. when I went to pick up the device on Monday afternoon it was not ready and was quoted R800. after enquiring as to why the price increased so many times, Narlen then told me it would cost R600 but there is no parts available and there is nothing else he can do to assist me. When asked for a TAT, I was told quoted about 2 months which I think is ridiculous.

I was advised there is a complete back housing that can resolve my issue but that would cost me R1300. it is not my fault that Samsung does not have the parts required to fix my phone. Therefore I should not be inconvenienced and have to pay the R1300.

Can someone with authority assist me ASAP. ***
