Samsung Smart Care / Unitronics

Unitronics (Samsung Smart Care) is the authorised Samsung repairs and services company for South Africa, basically this is where your device is sent when you take it in for repairs at the Samsung retail outlets.

This is very unfortunate as this company is basically a ****. They have zero customer service, no-one ever replies to emails or calls you back. They don't answer their phones.

I sent my phone in for repairs and never got, no one can tell me where it is or how to get it back and there doesn't seem to be any recourse.

I wish Samsung HQ could become aware of the utter incompetence of this service provider and shut these guys down. This company does not deserve to exist. Do not send your phone here, it will be gone forever.
