Samsung Smart Care Century City dismal service

Sorely disappointed with Samsung and their Smart Care Centre in Century City. They've had my phone for a warranty repair for a month.

They hardly ever answer their phone. When they do it's usually someone clueless that will tell you they don't know what the delay is.

I called after 1 week and was told they'd misplaced the paperwork or something and would now order parts. 2nd week waiting for parts. 3rd week I demanded to speak to someone that actually DOES know what's going on and ended up talking to Chad. Chad said parts would come on Thursday and I would be called to collect on Fri. Now Tuesday. I tried to call all of yesterday and today with phone on constant redial. After 150+ attempts I can confirm that it's a black hole worse than Home Affairs.

Disgusting from Samsung. Disgusting. Hello Peter and Facebook absolutely filled with complaints about this horribly run centre. They seem to have been telling people for years that they're waiting for parts for weeks, sometimes months.

I'm not going to take this. They obviously don't care at all and so I doubt they will be reading this. But for anyone that is, mark my words...I'm going to make a real issue of this.
