SAMSUNG SMART CARE CANAL WALK AGAIN!!!!!!!!

Once again I am here! Because nobody can give me an answer on the progress of my phone fix! If I could give this center a minus rating, I would! I have sent my service order number and customer number to several people who asked for it with the intention to help, and still no help!!!! They are always just "Getting back to me" or "Checking" ... I am paying an arm and a leg for this repair, only to have conversations with myself everyday via whatsapp when I send a message to ask what's happening or if they have the part! I just want an answer!!! THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONES EVER!!! THEY READ MY MESSAGES ,AND I SEE THEM ONLINE AND THEY DO NOT REPLY. This is after they gave me their whatsapp so that I can check on what's happening! The service is absolutely disgusting and it's making me DESPISE SAMSUNG!!! I had to go in there last week because no one answered the phone , and only when I physically went in, they even processed my quote! Only because I came in! So ridiculous! I had to stand there while they did it to make sure. And everyone else in the waiting room had just as many complaints, NOT ONE PERSON HAD ANYTHING GOOD TO SAY ABOUT SAMSUNG! You know, I've always defended android and Samsung to all my Apple using friends, now an I-phone is starting to look like the better option! I want an answer today or I will be taking this to social media and media publications!
