Samsung - shocking, poor, terrible.

Hacked my phone beyond all reasonable thought. All accounts and personal information has been collected. When contacting Samsung, they merely state that a factory reset should be done.i have done two factory resets, have had two services done on the phone and the issue remains. Apparently, it is possible to hack an IMEI number? Responses have been poor at best.

My privacy has been invaded entirely. Samsung has been less than helpful at finding a resolution. My device is a Samsung galaxy S7. I have tried to call them, but they cannot offer solutions. Apparently, a device exchange or replacement is out of the question? Truly shocking service from Samsung. Legal action will probably be taken.

Please, whoever you are, Samsung is not helpful. Do not attempt to get anywhere with them.
