Samsung… shocking and useless service!
Samsung South Africa … the most shocking customer service from such a ‘big shot’ company… our flat screen tv is not even 2 years old- went dead and to get any service from them is absolutely devastating! Most of our appliances is Samsung… but will have to rethink our choices in the future!
