Samsung shameful service!!
Terrible service! Pre-ordered new Samsung which came with free gifts. Been battling since February to get the free gifts and each time I get told my application was successful and someone will contact me within 7 to 14 days to arrange delivery. Well im still waiting !!!! Despite various phone calls to them. Pathetic service not impressed at all.
