Samsung Services, CRM post sales

Last month I bought a phone at one of your stores at the Pavilion, I took my phone to Samsung service on Nandi drive, Durban last week Friday as its screen was turning purple/black. They promptly assessed my phone and told me the repairs won't be covered under warranty as the fault was as a result of liquid damage. They quoted me R2000 to fix the LCD.

Yesterday, I went to collect my phone as I currently don't have the funds to fix it and paid R185 for diagnosis.

My problem is that my phone's screen has cracks al***** now. This was never the case when I brought it, they took pictures of device when I booked it in. Mr Rashalin Govender is the technician that broke my LCD, i told him about this - he just told me to speak to his superior Mr Dean Govender who said my screen LCD was always going to be broken anyway it damaged so it doesn't really make a difference. He said this multiple times justifying breaking my phone's screen.

My intention was to take the phone to back to Samsung when funds permit, now I'm heart broken and very doubtful. My concern and question is - is it standard procedure to break something else whilst fixing another at Samsung? If it is, I will understand and never buy Samsung again. I am very disappointed about the service.
