Samsung service sucks!!!
Utterly disgraceful service. Took a s23 contract with a free tablet over a month ago and still haven't received my tablet. Called numerous times and most of the time I get fed up with holding to speak to someone and when I did get through to someone they said up to 14 days to deliver. That was just over 3 weeks ago. I just want what is mine!!!!!
