Samsung service pathetic and *******

Took my cell phone in for repairs at Samsung somerset mall under the impression that its an under warranty repair. Phone was inspected for any marks and cracks. no cracks was detected on inspection form. upon arriving at their repair center I was told of a fine hair line crack that was caused due to physical damage. No crack was detected when I handed in my phone. Also the repair center showed me a photo of phone when they booked it in. Their could be clearly seen and chip on my phone protective screen. this was not there. With all this evidence, Samsung does not want to take responsibility. Busy laying a complain at the office of the consumer protector as this is pathetic
