Samsung service is pathetic
Upgraded my cell contract on 18 Sep 2020 at Vodacom store and was indicated that with the Sam Gal Note 20 Ultra, Samsung will be providing a 32 Inch TV. We completed all necessary information and in Dec 2020 Samsung indicated that they did not have the invoice of which I then emailed to the email address given. After numerous call and emails to find out what's happening to the delivery of the TV, no luck and no each time I am told they will come back to me within 24 or 48 hours and no one comes back to me.
The service from Samsung is pathetic.
