Samsung sells faulty televisions all over the world.

<p>Hi.I purchased a television on the 23 July 2017 from Samsung pavilion. Delivery guy comes and switches tv on .there's a line on the internal part of the tv. Because there is no crack on the external they assure me it's a design. I sign for the tv and few hours later the installer tells us it not a pattern but a defect. Samsung technician had come in and said they will not sort out the problem they don't cover it. The tv is not even 7days old. The funny part was that we had no idea hirsch store owns this samsung branch and the tv came from them.they refuse to take it back saying we had done this. I had enough of samsung and hirsch store which has left me to hand it over to ombudsman and a well known journalist. I have several examples and proof of people with the same problem.
