Samsung selling cheap material tv's

I bought a Samsung 49 inch curve tv at Game clearwater in April 2017. the tv was intact and i had it mounted on the wall by a professional tv installer. 2 weeks back as i was cleaning i realised that a small crack was starting to appear on the top left corner of the tv. i reported the matter to Game and was told to bring the TV. i took the tv back on the 3rd to Game and I was told that they are booking it in for repairs. I am 100% unhappy with this because this tv' plastic frame is cracking on its own. the screen is intact and if i had made the tv to fall, why is the screen not broken??? i have paid my full DSTV subscription and i have no tv to watch since the 03rd Jan 2018. Will samsung re-imburse my DSTV subscription that i have paid for nothing this month? i even have pictures of the display tv at Game clearwater of a Samsung 55 inch that is cracked at the frame exactly like my tv. i eaither want a new tv of a better quality frame or my money back and i will take this matter further to the ombudsman!!!!!!!!
