samsung ********s

Hi we bought a microwave from game branded samsung and a supposedly good quality ceramic hob ...interior 10 year warranty ..but big on the box ..internaly motor etc 2 years . we bought it on 3 rd june 2016.In june 2017 it was sent in for repairs which was promptly done .Now in early april it powers on but does not heat the food .Game stores is hiding behind samsung must cover the repairs .Samsung is claiming a ****roach caused the breaking of the magnetron .Samsungs claim to fix microwave is that i must pay r1850 while it is still under warranty ..new at game they are r1800.This is unaceptable .I think its a very good **** get your technician to place a ****roach in microwave and then say you have no responsibility .I will continually spread word on social media to avoid samsung products .********s .
