Samsung **** promotion

I am very disappointed in Samsung.... at this point I feel ****med by your exclusive promotion. I received and email with said promotion that qualifies me for a smart tag, ear buds pro, clear view cover with S-pen and Samsung care + at R499. On receipt of the s21 ultra it became apparent that the promotion is not available on registration but a lesser free gift was. Your staff Selaelo via chat were not aware of this promotion. Yet I have the emails to proof. He also refused to log a complaint so I can have a reference for this problem
