Samsung sales consultants incentive.

Is there anyone at Samsung who can assist me as i have been enquiring about Samsung incentive program for sales consultant but am not getting a clear response from the Samsung reps that usually come to our store,apparently as per them TFG sales consultants are not legible for the program for somereason i do not understand, i feel that this is prejudice as we also cell a lot of Samsung devices daily and it is unfair and totally discriminative that we are being excluded as beneficiaries of the incentive program that which i believe was designed to benefit every Sales consultant who is authorised to sell Samsung devices and i as a TFG cell phone consultant feels that i am also entitled to the privilege given to other consultants from other stores who does sales as i do. If manufactures like Huawei,Hisense and Mobicel recognises us and they incetifies us as a way of showing appreciation and recognition of our good work as retail cellphones consultants what is stoping Samsung from doing like Wise.
