Samsung SA, worst service ever
So about a month ago I purchased online at samsung, delivery was never completed and after a number of mails, calls and a post on this platform, I got a response and was promised my refund. Well here I go again. Called last week and was told I'd get my money by Wednesday thus week, well it's Thursday night and still nothing. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC SERVICE BY SAMSUNG, AGAIN!!!!!!!
