<p>My Samsung S5 mobile phone slipped out of my hand and the screen cracked. I registered at Samsung's ADH Premium and requested a screen repair. The next morning Samsungs cistomer care contacted me and within 2 days my phone has been collecred via courier services. Samsung gave met a loan phone while my phone was in for the screen repair.</p> <p> </p> <p>Saturday I had a call from them to arrange for the delivery of my phone and the return of the loan phone. </p> <p> </p> <p>Today my phone was deliverd, the screen repair AT NO COST. </p> <p> </p> <p>This is by far the best customer service by far. Not only because of the feee screen repair, but also for their prompt reply to every email and phone call. </p>
