Samsung SA promotions are a huge joke
I found myself once again having to have to deal with Samsung SA. I bought a Samsung s21 FE and then registered to get my free tablet. I was soon after that confirmed via email that it was successful and that I should recieve a call within 4 - 5 working days via the carrier agents to make arrangements to delivery the tablet.
I got this email on the 21st Jan 2022. Today is the 31st Jan and still I havnt recieved a call or ever got an update of the status of the tablet im meant to be getting.
Im not even angry ....... Just dissapointed that a customer has to go through this.
