Samsung SA just promises

I have bought an Galaxy Note 20 Ultra when it was launched, at a premier prize. I did complain that I did not receive ANY Vouchers or cleaning kit and whatever was promised on my purchase. I was phoned by Samsung confirming my registration online and they promised to send me what was promised... DID NOT get any responds from then after that. I have a Business and by between 6 to 10 Samsung phones, the best ones, every second year.. DONE, Never again.. It will be APPLE from now on. SAMSUNG SA - Word of advise, keep your customers spending 10s of thousand's of rands on your hardware.. because my complained was heard by a lot of friends and we all are going to give Apple a go.
