Samsung SA is a ****
I have been called by the Lady called Nomazizi regarding the return of my phone , she firstly mention that my phone cant be repaired because of broken screen, and the phone was brand new,,,no broken screen at all...it could not switch on,
Consultant from Ackermans called and said Samsung could not find my phone and store waiting for feedback, after an hour Nomazizi called again to say NOW my phone was unfixed because of LIQUID DAMAGE,
can somebody help me and HEAR my cry, SUMSUM is is a **** and incompetence ....my money going down the drain
