Samsung SA conning clients into buying their products

Samsung has conned me into buying their products by promising promotional gifts and not delivering. This was at the end of November and I was promised to get it in 14 days. Its 3 months later. They actually have people instore at Telkom who convinced me into buying 2 samsung phones with the promise of 2 sets of watches and earpods. I have been promised on 2 seperate occasions that I will receive my gifts by no later than 24 December and again 24 February. I have seen that Im not the only customer that has been conned by this and will hand over all my communications, proof of purchase and proof that I succesfully app**** for these gifts to the NCC. I am not interested in your lies anymore and will see this through so that you can be held accountable for your devious business practises.
