Samsung SA and Game Tzaneen poor customer services

Please intervene on my challenge with Sumsung South Africa, Washing machine was bought at game last year December 2018 and it started giving me problems with the spinner. the Samsung keeps on sending incompetence technician which makes the machine to keep on being broken. it was repaired more that 4 times and still is not working. the very same *********** technician came to my house and suggest my wife does not know how to use the machine. What an insult, just because she is black and they are white they think we cant use the machine, I used Defy washing machine for more than 5 years and is still working at home even now.

Please help me get the Samsung to change this maching and give me a new one as there are considering to send the same incompetence technician again.
