Samsung SA and Ackermans Connect **** service
I bought a Samsung phone from ackermans connect, phone broke within a month took it back to the shop, and consultant advise it will be fixed BUY SAMSUNG and reTurn within 21 days , Now its has been 6 weeks waiting for the phone, that i bought and I'm about to loose my job as i dont have a phone and my work requires a cellphone
when i went to ackermans connect in Jabulani mall, the manager told me its on its way, and confirmed by samsung ,,,,LIES LIES LIES all the time 6 WEEKS , im so fustrated as i need to support the kids but now i cant because i have no phone and because of **** customer care ...........
