Samsung SA advertising false promotions to increase sales

I bought a Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G ( price R33k) on the 21st of September 2020. This promotion supposedly came with a free TV and UV sterilizer. I claimed the 2 products as per the prescribed process and both were approved: Samsung 32" HD TV order reference number 3694VGB83 andNote20 Ultra UV Smartphone Steriliser Order reference number 2980BPC3Y. I've since made countless follow up calls without progress each with promises of escalations or call backs or excuses about proof of purchase or delivery address or TV license. This is the worst service/disservice I've ever received from a Serviceprovider. Samsung promotions are ****s and I'm starting to distrust any information from Samsung regarding their products. Samsung is intentionally misleading unsuspecting customers. Anyone intending to buy a Samsung product should think twice, my suspicion is that this misrepresentation of facts might not be limited to promotions only but also to product information & warranties. For me, Samsung is committing ***** by selling under false pretense.
