Samsung SA a sinking 🚢
So tired of Samsung SA. They have the worst service and are apparently unable to keep their T&C's with the S23 promotion.
Please refer to my other reviews of Samsung SA to see the trail of concerns.
Complaints about not receiving the Galaxy S6 Lite as promoted, which still was not delivered. Now the most recent is that the promotion of buying back your old device payments are not made as indicated by Regener8group where payment should have been done on the 28th of March 2023 (Buyback reference 15688) is also not adhered to. You can try and contact them or email them, just no response.
This is unacceptable
