Bought a samsung blue ray dvd player last year from Game store liberty Midlands mall Pietermaritzburg. Was told it played all zones, it did not. Told it was easy to use and was plug in and go. I discovered that I could not play the sound through my surround sound only through the TV speakers so all music DVD,s and concerts give a terrible sound through TV only. I contacted Samsung Durban very rude staff told me bad luck. Referred me to Head office JHB, also rude staff told me to hire installer which I did, they to told me cannot be done. So this DVD player is useless to me. I also had bought a Samsung HD television, has been repaired 3 times. I will never buy Samsung products and also tell people not to support Samsung and tell of my experience with this company.
