SAMSUNG S9 PRE-ORDER - NO PROMISED GIFT AS PART OF THE DEAL

I refer to all complaints on the S9 pre-order and "promised" free gifts. My is no different. I pre-ordered the S9 from Dion Wired on 14 March 2018 with delivery on the 19th of March 2018. I tried to redeem the headset and wireless charger on the Samsung Awards app to no avail. The reason - I DID NOT REDEEM IT BEFORE MIDNIGHT 15 MARCH 2018. The Dion Wired advert I responded to clearly stated that, if pre-oredered before 15 March 2018, these gifts are included in the deal. There were no "T's & C's" on the Twitter advert that stated otherwise. Dion Wired is making Samsung's problem and Samsung is making it my problem. In the meantime you have my money. This should be someting the Consumer Protection Agency should look into. How can a special run until midningt the 15th of March AND you have to redeem before midnight the 15th of March when the phones are couriered while not available in any shop yet and in no way will make its way to you before midnight the 15th of Marh???? As a very loyal Samsung user over many years now I am utterly disappointed!!!!!
