Samsung s8 phone cover

Hi i have a s8 plus on contract with mtn, when i wanted insurance i was tols it would cost plus minus r500 a month so i declined i was not even informed of the samsung mobile care insurance that cost just r70 a month ....i went to samsung 2 months after i recieved my phone as it had a hardware problem....now that my phones gorrilla glass is slightly cracked im told to pay r4000...how are samsungs customers soposed to know about cover if they dont promote it.....me being a loyal samsung customer am ****ed to the fact that it even cracked after falling on the carpet from the bed height..samsung some people cannot afford insurance from retail providers we purchase your brands because we know we get the best quality were is that quality now ......i for a fact cant afford r4000 to fix my phone so now what do i do reallly dissappinted with you guys
