samsung s7 phone

<p>Got my phone end Aug 2016 turn on and off got hot took it back they reset it still does the same. Phone Samsung told me to took it in. Took it to The Grove mall Samsung got it back now it does not have sound if I phone ore receive calls. Phone Samsung they told me to take it back. I stay in Mpumalanga. Have to pay for phone I cannot use. This is costing me a lot and all that they say is take it back</p>
