Samsung s7 edge

<p>Pooooooor service from samsung care centre 14th avenue took my s7 in for a screen repair they said it will take 3-5working days to be fixed its been 2weeks for a screen I used to wait 2 hours for repairs that's service but two weeks is *** service not once did they phone me or at least try to explain the situation when I got there on the 1st of February (a week later) they gave me a ETA that the will have the parts on 6th of February which I could understand when I phoned in on the 8th of February the told me sorry we don't have stock your ETA will be on the 15th of Feb.guys that is very poor service.I bought samsung for the service I get from them and this is how they treat the clients.I should have baught a iPhone.SOME PEOPLE HAVE THEIR WORK ON THEIR PHONE TO MAKE MONEY TO PAY FOR THE PHONE.Really *** service from samsung </p>
