<p>I had my phone suddenly stop working and asking for my sim number to be entered. I was in a critical situation and in my car. Fortunately someone in the car had another phone. I contacted Samsung on their website to help that this should not happen. Their response:</p> <p> Your questions are very important to us and the Samsung community. We appreciate you taking the time to ask a question about . Unfortunately, your question did not meet our guidelines.</p> <p>They obviously have a "guidlines" problem for product failure resolution!</p>
