Samsung S6 used for 6 days_completely dead.
I have a complaint regarding a Samsung device that I bought from Vodacom. The device is a business phone, Samsung S6, it was bought about 3 months ago.

The phone was activated on the 14th of September. When I started using the phone, I noticed that it would just switch itself off, I would put it in the charger and switch it back on. Until it actually stopped responding completely, even if I put it in the charger. it is now completely dead.

I took the phone in for repairs at Vodaworld on the 20th of September. The report came back and said it was liquid damaged and it can not be fixed. I lodged a complaint with Vodacom because in the 6 days of using the phone, I had never exposed the phone to any form of liquid, this report is totally unacceptable, as no liquid was ever exposed to the phone in my possession.

After sending the phone in for repairs twice at Vodaworld, I decided to take it to smart lab, they also told me the phone was liquid damaged and that it would cost me about R9000 to fix it.

I refuse to pay this amount to fix a phone which I did not damage. I demand Samsung to take accountability of this issue. This to me looks like a factory fault.
