Samsung S6 Motherboard heated up!!!!!!

<p>Goodday</p> <p> </p> <p>I spoke to your complaint centre today at 12h27, Reference number ********** 332.</p> <p> </p> <p>The comment on this quote says that the screen has a crack on and that the phone heated up.</p> <p>The consultant that helped me in order to book the phone into your smartlab at Somerset West, told me that the fact that the phone heated up immediately depicts that the motherboard gave problems. The fact that the phone is still under its normal 2 year warranty would make it possible for the motherboard to be replaced cost free, as it is still under warranty.</p> <p> </p> <p>The crack of the phone screen occured in August 2015 and the heating up occured in August 2016. The crack is so small that I never had the screen replaced because it did not bother me. But now my phone died and the Samsung Smartlab says that because of the screen crack the warranty is voided.</p> <p> </p> <p>I do not understand this, if I buy a laptop and the motherboard seizes when the laptop is still under warranty, they fix it, in fact they fix everything under the warranty as long as it is under warranty and no WATER damage occured.</p> <p> </p> <p>I want my phone to be repaired, at least the motherboard parts, cost free, as this was not my fault.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you</p> <p> </p> <p>Louwna Viviers</p>
