SAMSUNG S6 EDGE IS A *** PHONE

Okay so I know a few peoples Samsung s6 edge phoned that is giving the same problem that it is giving me and my boyfriend...<br> <br> The network service is very very very bad !!!<br> when I want to phone someone it takes up to 10 seconds before it stars ringing, sometimes it rings and then I just get cut-off, when I phone my boyfriend while we speak there seem to be a connectivity issue where almost for 20 seconds we cant hear each other and then we can talk again it happens EVERY TIME WE SPEAK, battery doesn't last AT ALL !!! <br> <br> Every time when I go on the internet it says CANT CONNECT !!!<br> <br> what is going on OMW is there any chance that I can send in my phone for repairs or what ??<br> <br> please help me it is VERY IRITATING :(:(:(<br> <br> I am so degusted with this phone I made a big mistake taking SAMSUNG AGAIN !!!<br> <br> for my next upgrade ill rather go for SONY !!!!
