Samsung S6 continuously a problem

<p>I've had so many issues with my Samsung S6 its actually unbelievable. I spend more time at a Charging point and at their customer care centre its shocking. All they ever do is book the device in to be repaired. For more than 3 times now the device is booked in for the same thing but no one really cares and asks me to wait 3 weeks for the device to be assessed. Why assess it when you can see from your records that there is a genuine problem. Even samsung changed the Motherboard here because they picked up a problem. Cannot understand this at all</p>
