SAMSUNG S5 MINI LOCKS UP CONTINIOUSLY

I purchased a new S5 Mini in August,2014, cash, and signed up for a 2 year Vodacom contract, on the understanding that the phone has a 2 year warranty. From the outset, this phone has been bad news, continiously needing re-booting to receive a signal. I have taken the phone back to vodacoms repair centre in Eastgate 4 times over the last 7 months, each time stipulating the same problem - no signal, unless re-booted, then signal only lasts a few hours..... The vodacom repair centre is very jacked-up, and I am sms'd regularly to let me know the status of the repair. However, every time the phone gets sent to the \ advanced repair centre""; let me know my phone is ready for collection. Each time the job-card states some obscure repair; motherboard one time; double-sided tape another time; etc; all to no avail THE PHONE STILL LOCKS UP REGULARLY;AND IS NOT WORTH HAVING! This experience with SAMSUNG has given me serious doubts about the quality of SAMSUNG products.
Some-one once said \"" Dont trust anyone that makes fridges\""! Is it too much to ask for a R7500 phone to receive calls!
Next step is I stop my R1800 p.m. debit order and see who gets the worst publicty"""
